CorSport: AC Milan eye Juve ‘keeper as Donnarumma contingency

By Nick Sprague -

Gianluigi Donnarumma, according to the latest reports, is set to renew his contract with Milan on this coming Wedensday.

Rumours claim he will sign “a long-term contract” worth around €4million-a-year, but with Milan are staying on the cautious side of things by reportedly looking into other keepers as a backup in case Gigi decides to jump ship.

Corriere dello Sport are reporting that 27-year-old Norberto Murara Neto is set to be released from Juventus this summer after having had a disappointing spell for them, featuring only eleven times since joining in 2015. For now, he is the only real target for Milan.

Donnarumma is apparently attracting interest from Paris Saint-Germain, with a director of the Ligue 1 giants due in Milan on Monday to discuss the possibility of signing the teenager.

Reports claim that there could even be an offer presented by La Parisiens, but it is expected to be €40million, surely not enough for the Rossoneri to give up their young star.
