Milan suffered a 2-0 defeat at the hands of Sampdoria earlier today and CEO Marco Fassone did not have kind words for the performance. He made a brief appearance to speak on it.
“Milan is stronger than Sampdoria and should have approached the game differently. We did not like the attitude today. We had some alarm bells. I came out to speak because these defeats should not be considered as a routine. Milan should not lose against opponents that are inferior to us.”
The Milan CEO is clearly upset with the result and given the ominous tone of his very quick and sharp interview, things many not all be sunny in paradise for the skipper.
Many fans did not have faith in Montella before today and having seen this they seem to have confirmed it. Now, with these comments being public, could the new management be looking into replacing Vincenzo Montella sooner rather than later?
Fassone is the only man in the Milan management I have faith in. He’ll do the right thing and relieve mr. Montella of his duties, I’m sure
U are right. That man should pave way for beter coach
Montella problem is just player selection ahhh
Now when team like lazio and sampdoria are doing these to us what will juve, Roma and napoli will do
This montella of a coach is not good, I don’t like his way of approach in games.
Comment:montela should just pave way for beter coach pls.always prais his opponent than his team and lack simple understanding in selection pls get away.
