AC Milan’s CEO spoke to La Stampa about the club’s current crisis, having gone almost one month without a win.
Despite the recent results, Fassone remains confident in Montella, although he did expect more points at this stage.
“Even with such a renovated team, there was no one who didn’t expect problems, however, we are behind our original plan for the season by roughly 5-6 points. The goal was to stay within reach of the four Champions League spots. Of course, there’s still time for us to recover, however, we can no longer afford to go wrong.”
