Four AC Milan players called up to the Azzurri

New Italian national team manager Roberto Mancini has announced the squad list for the upcoming UEFA Nations League games.

Goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma, defenders Alessio Romagnoli and Mattia Caldara, along with midfielder/attacker Giacomo Bonaventura, are the red and black names who will represent Milan in the Italian national team in the upcoming fixtures against Poland and Portugal.

Following Gian Piero Ventura’s disastrous spell as Italy’s manager which ended with his team failing to qualify for the 2018 FIFA World cup, the Italian Football Federation appointed Roberto Mancini as the team’s new manager this May.

Mancini’s tenure will kick-off against Poland on 7th September in Bologna. The second game against Portugal will take place on 10th September in Lisbon.
