AC Milan have quite a few outcasts to offload this summer and according to a report, Bologna are evaluating the idea of taking three players off the Rossoneri’s hands.

As we discussed in our latest bonus article on Substack, Milan have quite a few players to offload this summer. The situation is far from clear-cut for most of them, so Igli Tare has a pretty challenging task ahead of him.

The lack of Champions League revenue means Tare will have to succeed on this front, otherwise it will be difficult to get the signings they want. In that sense, Bologna might be able to help as they have set their sights on three Milan players.

Adli, Okafor and Pobega eyed

According to Gazzetta dello Sport (via MilanNews), the Rossoblu have Yacine Adli, Noah Okafor and Tommaso Pobega on their radar. The latter spent the 2024-25 season on loan at them, but the buy-out clause of €12m wasn’t triggered in the end.

Bologna have offered €7m so far for the Italian midfielder, which Milan believe is way too low, and Max Allegri will evaluate Pobega during the pre-season. Given there’s an Italian quota to fill, he could perhaps be a useful rotation player.

As for the others, Adli has also attracted interest from Sassuolo, Cremonese and Cagliari. Okafor was wanted by Bologna already in January but to make the move happen this summer, the Rossoblu will have to sell Dan Ndoye and get the Milan winger to lower his salary.

  1. Good decision, rather Pobega, just sell Musah … Pobega was also good in Bologna and under Alegri he can still grow… for Adli and Okafor, if we sell them for combinated 22-24m€ we can be happy… in midfielder we are already okey, Modric, Ricci, Pobega, Fofana, Bondo, RLC. We are full and don’t need another midfielder… and there is also Pulisic who can play like AMD instead of Modric.

    1. Pobega is so far from being good enough, it’s no wonder Bologna did not trigger the buyout. why then would Milan want to keep a below average player? Hope he is gone soon.

  2. At this point 25 million for all three plus is a jackpot. Add Terraciano as a gift. Maybe include a 5 million bonuses to get to 30. I’ve liked Adli but it seems that there are very few clubs that want him.

  3. I’d keep one of Pobega or Colombo as bench platers that use an academy slot.

Given the number of midfield players currently, Colombo is probably the one to keep.
