GdS: Donnarumma could leave AC Milan for £35m in summer

By Oliver Fisher -

AC Milan goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma could be set to leave the club this summer for an incredible low fee, a report claims.

According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, the teenager has a release clause in his deal which means he could leave for just £35million this summer.

However, the clause is dependent on whether the Rossoneri manage to qualify for the Champions League, a fate which remains in the balance after the recent resurgence under Gennaro Gattuso.

The report claims that Donnarumma’s agent Mino Raiola will have no hesitation in seeking a new destination for his client should Milan finish outside the top four.

The Diavolo have reportedly already tied up a deal for Napoli goalkeeper Pepe Reina to join on a free at the end of the season, something which sparked rumours of Donnarumma’s departure.
