GdS: Four players Milan have put on the market – from Caldara to Castillejo

Milan are not just looking to reinforce the squad with signings this summer, but they also want to get rid of some of the dead wood. Four players have been put up for sale by the Rossoneri, a report claims.

As reported by Gazzetta Dello Sport (via MilanLive), the first is Diego Laxalt. The left-back is just one step away from joining Dynamo Moscow for a fee of around €4m. It’s a good deal for Milan, considering that he’s out of their project.

Mattia Caldara is the second player, having returned from his 18-month loan spell at Atalanta. He could stay depending on his condition, but if an offer of €7-8m arrives then he will almost certainly leave Milan.

The situation is similar for Andrea Conti, who wasn’t redeemed by Parma and is now looking for a new destination. The price tag of the right-back is also around €8m, which is a feasible amount for any club.

Then we have Tommaso Pobega, who isn’t officially up for sale but could leave if a very good offer arrives. Most likely, though, he will leave for another loan adventure but he could also stay depending on the pre-season.

The last is Samu Castillejo, who was underwhelming this past season. He’s destined to go back to Spain and Milan should be able to cash in a decent amount at least.
