GdS: Man Utd and Real Madrid eye Donnarumma

By Rösie Tudball -

According to reports, both Real Madrid and Manchester United are weighing up a €50m bid for AC Milan goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma.

The future of Donnarumma was unclear when Mino Raiola requested to discuss the plans of the club for the future before his client penned a new deal.

The 18-year-old goalkeeper is out of contract next summer, and AC Milan have supposedly made renewing his contract one of their priorities.

Being in possession of one of the worlds most encouraging young talents is both a blessing and a curse, as Milan must now make an effort to see off competition from elsewhere as clubs step forward to show their interest in the shot stopper.

The latest to do so are Real Madrid and Manchester United, who are both reportedly aiming to place a monstrous bid in the region of €50m, La Gazzetta dello Sport claim.

The duo have been battling each other over goalkeepers since Madrid finalised a deal with the Red Devils for David De Gea over a year ago.

Can either of them capture the signature of Donnarumma?
