GdS: Ten different scorers in last seven games as Milan are finding their groove

By Isak Möller -

It hasn’t been easy for Milan since the start of the year, with several key injuries and poor results registered. However, it seems they are on the right path again after the win against Parma, which highlighted one key factor.

As highlighted by Gazzetta Dello Sport, the Rossoneri wheel is starting to turn again and faster than ever. Whoever takes the pitch will score, is the assessment. In the last seven games (all comps), Stefano Pioli’s side has had ten different goalscorers.

Ante Rebic, Franck Kessie and Rafael Leao got on the scoresheet last night and prior to them, Jens Petter Hauge, Hakan Calhanoglu, Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Brahim Diaz, Rade Krunic, Diogo Dalot and Simon Kjaer had done the same.

Pioli is surely happy with the three points from last night as it wasn’t easy for his side after Ibrahimovic’s red card. They fought through it and certainly earned the win, restoring the two-goal lead just before the final whistle.
