Leggo: Morata unlikely; Mirabelli asks for €70m-rated Belotti

By Oliver Fisher -

AC Milan are seemingly more determined than ever to strengthen their attacking options heading into the new season.

The Rossoneri have been linked with a whole host of big names since being taken over by Chinese-lead group Rossoneri Investment Lux.

Recent reports suggested that Alvaro Morata is the number one priority for the new ownership, but Leggo reports that Milan may now have to cast their eyes elsewhere.

Their report states that Morata that seems to be destined to join the Premier League, with a reunion with Antonio Conte at Chelsea the most likely option.

In this case, Milan will shift their attention to Torino star Andrea Belotti, with Leggo claiming that AC Milan’s new director Massimiliano Mirabelli continues to probe about the chance of a deal for Belotti with Torino’s president Urbano Cairo.

The cost to bring him to San Siro would not be cheap however, with latest reports stating a deal could cost €70million.
