Marcelo Brozovic ‘would join’ rivals amid Milan interest

By Oliver Fisher -

Calciomercato.com confirms yesterday’s rumors regarding the possibility for Inter Milan midfielder Marcelo Brozovic to join city rivals AC Milan.

It’s well known that the nerazzurri have decided to sell the Croat. During the last transfer window, the player – after being a target for Arsenal – could have joined Juventus, but the Lombard club decided not to sell him to its historical rivals.

In the mean time, many things have changed at Inter: the new boss Frank De Boer doesn’t consider the 24-year-old a key player and doesn’t appreciate his attitude. The negotiations for the player’s renewal have stopped, so that now a transfer could be the best solution for everyone.

The Rossoneri will have in any case have to wait the end of the season before being able to make an attempt for the former Dinamo Zagreb man. He does not want to accept a transfer to China, while he would agree to join Vincenzo Montella’s team.
