It isn’t the first area most fans would target, but could AC Milan be in the market for a new striker?
Spanish outlet Fichajes certainly seem to think so. They claim that the Rossoneri are interested in signing former Bayern Munich and Stuttgart sensation Mario Gomez.
In the German squad for Euro 2016, the former Fiorentina flop is currently on loan at Besiktas, but still belongs to Fiorentina. Having had a good time of it with the Istanbul club – with 26 goals in 33 games – he is suddenly a very attractive target, and the Viola have been known to want to offload him.
In that case, either Carlos Bacca and M’Baye Niang could be transfer listed. Both have attracted plenty of interest from the EPL, especially West Ham.
