MN: Eyes on Milan as Real Madrid and Jovic agree on loan exit this summer

By Isak Möller -

Although Zlatan Ibrahimovic has renewed his contract, Milan could still decide to bring in a striker this transfer window. Luka Jovic has previously been linked with the Rossoneri and is once again back in the spotlight.

According to MilanNews.it, after initially rejecting this formula, Real Madrid are now open to letting the Jovic leave on loan. Last season was a disappointment for the Serbian and in order to redeem himself, he will need playing time.

Therefore, the Bernabeu side have agreed to the loan formula and this could be a good opportunity for Milan. The Rossoneri seemingly pulled out of the race earlier this summer due to the price tag and it remains to be seen if they will re-join it.

Lorenzo Colombo, the young striker, impressed during pre-season and several reports suggested that he would be the backup for Zlatan Ibrahimovic. This might not be the case after all, though, should Milan go after Jovic.
