MN: Milan could secure signing of Chelsea and Real Madrid duo this week

By Isak Möller -

Milan have already secured the signings of Mike Maignan and Fikayo Tomori but there could be more this week. The negotiations over Brahim Diaz and Olivier Giroud could come to a close, a report claims.

According to MilanNews, new contacts are expected this week and they could be decisive for the respective operation. Starting with Diaz, both parties are working to get an agreement as the fee of the buy-out clause is being discussed.

The Bernabeu side would like to include a buy-back clause but remains to be seen if Milan will accept this, perhaps only if it’s hefty. As for Giroud, the Rossoneri already have an agreement on the personal terms but the problem is Chelsea.

The agents of the Frenchman are working hard to free their client from the Stamford Bridge side, as had been promised by the latter when the renewal was signed. This week could be decisive, per the report.
