MN: Milan working to close two more deals after getting Ibrahimovic and Tonali over the line

By Oliver Fisher -

The Milan management are concentrating on getting two more signings through the door after sealing deals for Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Sandro Tonali.

According to MilanNews, the Rossoneri have moved onto closing the Brahim Diaz and Tiemoué Bakayoko operations after sealing a deal for the aforementioned duo.

For the former, Milan are trying to find the right formula with Real Madrid, as Los Blancos do not want to lose control over the player for whom they made an important investment to lure him from Manchester City.

As for Bakayoko – an operation which Milan have been working on for weeks – the figures are still being finalised with Chelsea. The French midfielder will arrive on a loan with option to buy, and Bakaoyko personally has been strongly pushing for a return.

During the day, some rumours emerged from Le10Sport about interest in Lille’s Boubakary Soumaré. In recent months there has been an enquiry on the young midfielder, but at the moment the track is not hot.

  1. Sooner than later, Milan will be back in the champions league: and will perhaps be the first Italian club to win this trophy since Mourinho’s Inter defied the odds against the mighty Barca in 2010!
