MN: Probable Milan XI for important Napoli clash – Rebic back from start; one more change

By Isak Möller -

Tomorrow evening, there will be another big test for Milan in their quest for a top-four finish this season. After having overcome difficult obstacles such as Inter (win) and Roma (draw), it’s now time to take on Napoli.

The Rossoneri will be without Rafael Leao, who sustained an injury during the international break, and head coach Stefano Pioli. The latter, along with his assistant, tested positive for COVID-19 which means Daniele Bonera will step in.

According to, two changes will be made to the starting eleven for this clash: Alessio Romagnoli instead of Matteo Gabbia and Ante Rebic instead of Leao. The Croatian will make his first start for the club in almost two months.

In other words, it’s what you would expect and the feeling is that this is Milan’s strongest XI. Therefore, we can only hope that they will secure at least one point tomorrow, further cementing their spot in first place.

Probable Milan XI (4-2-3-1): Donnarumma; Calabria, Kjaer, Romagnoli, Theo; Bennacer, Kessie; Saelemaekers, Calhanoglu, Rebic; Ibrahimovic.
