According to MilanNews, Ante Rebic sustained a very painful ankle sprain during the first half of the game that could prevent him from playing in the Champions League game away at Porto. However, Tiemoue Bakayoko has now fully recovered from his calf problem and should soon be back in the fold.

Mike Maignan underwent surgery on Wednesday due to a ligament injury in his left wrist so he will be out for about 10 weeks, while Alessandro Plizzari is recovering from surgery he had earlier in the season and should also miss a couple of months longer yet.

Alessandro Florenzi and Junior Messias are both on the sidelines after surgery and a muscle problem respectively, with both expected to be out for another month or so.

Theo Hernandez and Brahim Diaz are also out after they tested positive for Covid-19. The duo will miss the game in Porto could miss the away match against Bologna plus even the home match against Torino.

  1. ” milan lab” need to be reinvented because if we need to challenge for the title we need to have a full strength squad which is less injury prone also injury healing can be fast with proper and correctly done analysis and action. milan need to learn from bayern munich how to make players more physical and less injury prone so that the team is more dominant. it would be unjust to the talent of players if they are hold aback because of physical problems.
