AC Milan, Inter, Lazio and Roma are all battling it out for the top four spots in the Serie A standings, which gets you Champions League football. The race is very tight and it should be an interesting ending to the season.
From a neutral point of view, even though the league title has been more or less been decided, this campaign of Serie A is very exciting. The top four race is incredibly tight, with just five points separating 6th from 3rd.
After the 0-0 draw against Empoli, Milan are currently in 4th place with 52 points. Inter drew their game as well and are behind the Rossoneri at 51 points. Lazio and Roma, meanwhile, won their respective game and got to celebrate a little.
Taking a look at the photo below, we can see the remaining games of the main top-four contenders. Juventus and Atalanta perhaps shouldn’t be ruled out fully yet, but the feeling is that these four teams will battle it out in the end (with one missing out).
