Sky: Milan’s probable XI to face Spezia – Pioli has three changes in mind

Milan are currently gearing up to take on Spezia at San Siro tomorrow, keen on bouncing back from what was far from an ideal performance last time out. Stefano Pioli is expected to make three changes to the XI.

According to Sky Italia (via MilanNews), the manager will shake things up and learn from the mistakes against Rio Ave, starting with the striker. Daniel Maldini won’t be starting there this time out, rather Lorenzo Colombo who offers more physical presence.

Franck Kessie, who received a knock on Thursday evening, will be rested and replaced by Sandro Tonali. The latter will thus team up with Ismael Bennacer, who was very important for Milan in the game against Rio Ave.

The team will have the final training session at 18 today, so there could be some changes to the probable lineup based on that. If not, then the XI below will be the one that Pioli will field.

Milan (4-2-3-1): Donnarumma; Calabria, Kjaer, Gabbia, Hernandez; Tonali, Bennacer; Saelemaekers, Calhanoglu, Brahim Diaz; Colombo.
