Lucas Paqueta is destined to leave AC Milan this summer. After an impressive first six months with the club, joining from Flamengo back in January of 2019, the midfielder has failed to perform on a consistent level.
According to TuttoMercatoWeb, the Rossoneri haven’t told Paqueta that he’s on the market, although that is the case. Unlike January, though, when his departure would have been taken with a sigh of relief, the situation is different.
Ralf Rangnick is set to lead the youth revolution at the club and thus the 22-year-old could get a new chance. However, in the event of a €25-30m offer, the only choice would be to accept it and part ways after a year and a half.
Fiorentina are in pole position, as the report continues, but Paqueta thinks he deserves a high-level challenge. The interest of Paris Saint-Germain, though, has cooled as the relationship between Ivan Gazidis and Leonardo is at an all-time low.
