Atletico Madrid reportedly interested in signing AC Milan winger Suso this summer.
This is according to a report from to Tuttosport, who claim that Atleti scouts watched the Spaniard in his last two games, and met with sporting director Massimiliano Mirabelli last Monday.
The 23-year-old was apparently close to a contract renewal, with the new Milan management prioritising a new deal for the former Liverpool man.
An offer has been tabled representing a €1m-€2.5m increase on the Spaniard’s current wage until 2021, but the Rossoneri are still waiting for a response.
Reports last week stated that Serie A rivals Napoli are set to pounce should Suso reject a new deal.
