Vangioni wants move away from Milan

By Anthony Torgrude -

Entering the team as a free signing last season, Leonel Vangioni did not make an appearance until late in the season but played better than most expected.

Now, Milan have a growing list of talent in the Left Back role. New signing Ricardo Rodriguez is the obvious starter then followed by Luca Antonelli, Want-away Mattia De Sciglio and then Vangioni.

Common sense would dictate that the player is not within the needs of AC Milan and a move away would be mutual for all parties involved.

River Plate, the club Vangioni left to join Milan, are the main team interested but want his return on a free transfer. Additionally, Getafe have initiated talks with the players father, who is serving as his would be agent.

The return to River Plate is most appealing for Leonel but with the thought of no play time looming overhead it is hard to imagine any move away would be rejected.
