AC Milan reject loan offer for Bacca; only want to sell

By Isak Möller -

Carlos Bacca has been put up for sale by AC Milan as they believe he doesn’t fit in Montella’s style of play. Despite this, not many encouraging offers have arrived.

Sky Italia reports that the Rossoneri received an offer for Bacca, which they rejected as it was a loan with the option to buy. Milan only want to sell the striker, in order to make sure that they will cash in on him. Moreover, there will be a meeting next week where the Colombian’s future will be discussed.

Corriere Dello Sport adds to the matter by saying that Milan want at least €20m for the striker, which they bought for €30m two years ago. Reports also suggest that Marseille are very interested in the player, but Bacca himself would prefer a return to Sevilla.

It seems both Lapadula and Bacca will leave Milan this summer to make way for new signings.
