Despite the renewal, which was announced yesterday, Olivier Giroud is still on Milan’s radar and it seems a move is possible. However, it all hinges on the demands of Chelsea, with alternatives lined up.
According to Calciomercato.com, Milan aren’t willing to pay for the arrival of Giroud and the stance of Chelsea will thus be decisive. Should they ask for compensation, then the Rossoneri will have to evaluate other paths.
Several players have been linked with the club in recent weeks, starting with Andrea Belotti. The striker is destined to leave Torino for a bigger club and although he’s a Milan fan, Roma appear to be in pole position to sign him.
Dusan Vlahovic is another target but Fiorentina are asking for a significant amount to part ways with their star. The Luka Jovic (just a few reports on this) track is very complicated, while Gianluca Scamacca’s price tag is also expected to be high.
