It has long been rumored that Argentine club Boca Juniors is interested in AC Milan’s Paraguayan defender, Gustavo Gomez.
There has been news of talks between the two clubs with the goal of trying to reach an agreement for the transfer of the player, however, Di Marzio is now reporting that the sides are still very distant.
A meeting took place today between Milan and Gomez’s agent, Augusto Paraja, that has showcased just how far apart the sides are. Boca is offering a one and a half year loan deal which has been rejected by Milan.
Di Marzio states that there will be more talks held tomorrow, but it is now in Boca’s court to revise and resubmit their offer to the Rossoneri.
