Roma’s interest in Suso is concrete. In fact, negotiations have taken place between both sides, though Milan are standing firm on their demand, per Di Marzio.
The Italian journalist reports that the Rossoneri are looking for €40m in order to sell their star, which Roma aren’t willing to offer for the player. Giampaolo values the Spaniard, and the club intends to keep him unless a good offer arrives.
Therefore, when the Giallorossi offered to include one of Schick, N’Zonzi and Gonalons in their initial offer, Milan rejected it straight away. As a provocation, they countered by saying that the want Zaniolo in the deal, which was rejected by the Olimpico side.
As it looks, Suso will remain at the San Siro for next season, unless Roma increase their offer before the transfer market ends. Should the right offer arrive, as Di Marzio stresses, then the winger could definitely leave.
