Milan CEO Ivan Gazidis removed from UEFA Executive Committee

By Anthony Torgrude -

New Milan CEO Ivan Gazidis has been a sitting member on the UEFA Executive Committee representing Arsenal and English. With his switch to Milan, he has been removed from the chair.

Only one representative is allowed on the committee from each association. Andrea Agnelli, Chief Executive of Juventus is already the representative for the Serie A and as a result, Gazidis was replaced.

The man to take his spot is none other than PSG President Nasser Al-Khelaifi. He, and his club PSG, have come under scrutiny as of late for attempting to circumvent Financial Fair Play. Nasser was then sworn in with a unanimous vote from the board.
