AC Milan boss Stefano Pioli has one major selection doubt that he must address before the Rossoneri’s clash with Atalanta on Sunday evening, a report claims.
Much of the Milan side picks itself at this stage of the season given the team are in good form and have no major injury issues to contend with.
According to Milan News, the one area where Pioli has a decision to make is the midfield. He must choose whether to start with Ismael Bennacer or Rade Krunic.
It was the latter who started away at Hellas Verona last weekend but Pioli may want Bennacer alongside Sandro Tonali for stability, pushing Franck Kessie into the attacking trio ahead.
Atalanta pose more of an attacking threat than Verona which is likely what the coach and his staff have got in mind.
Alexis Saelemaekers is expected to start on the right-wing rather than Junior Messias on Sunday evening at San Siro.
