During the TMW awards, Torino’s sporting director Gianluca Petrachi spoke to the press about Milan’s interest in Belotti.
AC Milan are in search of a new striker for next season, as Bacca looks set to leave this summer. The likes of Morata, Aubameyang and Belotti are all Rossoneri’s wish list, with the latter looking like the hottest option at the moment. In fact, Torino’s sporting director Petrachi confirmed Milan’s interest in the player, but said no offer has arrived yet.
“If Milan want Belotti they will have to pay him well. Up until now, we haven’t received a big offer from Milan for Belotti. Milan have some players that we like, and Mihajlovic knows them well. However, he hasn’t asked for Juraj Kucka as reported by the media.
“I would live to have Belotti here for another year, but I know that it would be tough. On paper, we don’t want to sell Belotti but you know the market these days. If a club comes with an important offer we will evaluate it.”
