Montella was sacked by Milan in November but was just recently announced as Sevilla’s new manager. Just in time for the winter transfer market, which could prove costly for the Rossoneri.
In fact, Montella has already set his sights on two of AC Milan’s targets in Gerard Deulofeu and Milan Badelj. Sportmediaset report that Sevilla are in pole position to sign Deulofeu, as the player has a great relationship with Montella.
Regarding Badelj, Gazzamercato state that Montella likes the player, while Badelj himself would like to move on from Fiorentina.
