Late night reports out of Italy once again suggest that Milan are close to signing Torino’s Andrea Belotti. The Rossoneri are offering two players plus money for the Italian striker.
Gianluca Di Marzio, journalist at Sky Italia, reports that Milan’s current offer for Belotti is €40-45m plus Niang and Paletta, while Il Toro’s request is €80m plus those players. Moreover, Di Marzio states that Belotti already has an agreement in place with the San Siro. Therefore, it’s very likely that both clubs will meet in the middle, €60m.
Aubameyang, Milan’s other target, has been taken off the market by Dortmund. The German side will only negotiate if they receive an offer in the neighbourhood of €100m, which basically rules out a potential move to Milan for the Gabonese striker.
Real Madrid have asked for €90m for Morata, which also rules Milan out of the race. It seems Belotti is the only satisfying option left.
