AC Milan are continuing their search for a new striker but at the moment, the operation is on standby. In fact, the Rossoneri are waiting for extra funds to complete a big name signing.
Today’s edition of Corriere Della Sera claims that extra funds from China will arrive this week, which could allow Marco Fassone and Massimiliano Mirabelli to complete a big name signing.
Aubameyang, Costa and Kalinic have all been linked with Milan and up until this moment, it’s still unclear on who Milan will sign. Aubameyang took the matter into his own hands as he confirmed that he wants a return to Milan, with the only problems being Borussia Dortmund and Milan.
However, now that Yonghong Li have increased the Rossoneri’s budget, it’s possible that Milan will strike a deal with Dortmund after all, which is something that most Milan fans are hoping for.
Torino’s Andrea Belotti is also being looked at, but Cairo’s demands for the player (€100m) remains too much for the Rossoneri. Unless Torino decide to lower their demands, Belotti will not move to Milan.
