GdS: Gabriel to join Frosinone on loan with obligation

By Madison Derian-Toth -

According to the latest reports out of Italy, AC Milan goalkeeper Gabriel is set to leave the club this summer.

In fact, as reported by La Gazzetta Dello Sport, he will join Frosinone on a loan with an obligation to buy, set at €3m. However, this clause will only be activated if the club stays in Serie A for next season, i.e avoiding relegation.

The Brazilian will take his medical next Tuesday, according to the latest reports. Before leaving, he will renew his contract with AC Milan, as it will expire soon.

Gabriel has been loaned out since 2014, finding it hard to find a permanent spot in Milan starting XI. The young keeper has been linked to many different clubs recently but it seems as if Frosinone is the one to convince the player.
