The latest reports out if Italy, more specifically Corriere Della Sera, suggest that Kessie will join AC Milan on a loan.
The Italian paper reports that Milan have agreed on a two-year loan deal with Atalanta for Kessie, which will cost the San Siro side €5m initially. There is also an obligation to buy included, which is valued at €23m, meaning the total cost for Kessie will be €28m.

The deal is expected to be official at the end of the season.
