Earlier today head coach, Vincenzo Montella and Sporting Director, Massimo Mirabelli met to discuss transfer for the remained of the season.
Montella emerged from the meeting very upbeat, possessing a positive attitude and had this to say: “I was always in touch with Mirabelli during vacation. I cannot wait to get started again. There is a lot of positive energy.”
Of course, given the recent week, Montella was asked about Donnarumma. “I have a great relationship with Donnarumma’s family. They invited me for a coffee and I accepted gladly. I don’t think it depends on me or Milan. He and his agent are thinking. We are hoping for a happy ending.”
Mirabelli was also asked about the situation with the goalkeeper.
