22:05 CEST: Bennacer STAYS

According to MilanXtra, Matteo Moretto and Fabrizio Romano confirmed during their deadline-day live stream that Bennacer will stay at Milan despite the exit rumours.

21:50 CEST: ABRAHAM OFFICIAL

AC Milan have officially confirmed the signing of Tammy Abraham from AS Roma on a season-long loan deal for 2024-25. He has taken the No.90 shirt, it has been confirmed.

21:30 CEST: SAELEMAEKERS OFFICIAL

AC Milan have officially confirmed that Alexis Saelemaekers has joined AS Roma on a loan deal until the end of the 2024-25 season. The Abraham announcement can’t be far away, therefore…

20:40 CEST: De Zerbi fuels the fire

Marseille head coach Roberto De Zerbi has seemingly confirmed that they are interested in signing Ismael Bennacer, but with time ticking by it feels like a difficult deal to do.

“You have to sign players only if they bring something extra. Bennacer is not an OM player so I can’t talk about it but we all know his qualities,” he said.

20:15 CEST: Abraham to feature tomorrow?

A league regulation means that Abraham could feature against Lazio tomorrow despite the fact we are still waiting for his official announcement. In addition to that, he has chosen his shirt number.

19:30 CEST: Another signing done

AC Milan have announced the signing of Damir Zukić who has joined the club on a permanent basis from ND Primorje. He will be part of the Futuro side.

18:00 CEST: Atletico out of the running

Diego Simeone seems to have taken Atletico Madrid out of the running to sign Ismael Bennacer by claiming that their squad is complete, barring any late surprises. Time is running out for the Algerian to get a late move.

17:15 CEST: A signing at last!

AC Milan have announced that they have signed 19-year-old midfielder Silvano Vos from AFC Ajax on a permanent deal. The teenager will join the Milan Futuro squad under Daniele Bonera.

16:46 CEST: Late Bennacer twist?

A report from La Gazzetta dello Sport has stated that Marseille have now enquired about the idea of signing Bennacer on loan, in addition to Atletico Madrid. Is there enough time to get things done?

16:20 CEST: Heeeeeeere’s Tammy!

15:45 CEST: Rabiot confirmation

Milan are expected to hold talks with the mother-agent of Adrien Rabiot over the potential of signing him on a free transfer, Di Marzio is reporting. It follows on from our exclusive earlier today, which stated that a new offer has been put forward.

15:15 CEST: Chiesa background

Alls well that ends well for Federico Chiesa as he ended up getting a big move to Liverpool. However, before they stepped forward, it was Milan who were the main ‘temptation’ for the Italian forward, a report has revealed.

14:35 CEST: A sign from the squad

Some big news has emerged this afternoon as both Luka Jovic and Ismael Bennacer have left Milanello and will not travel for the game against Lazio tomorrow. That certainly suggests that an exit for both is on the cards.

14:10 CEST: Missing out on Manu

It appears as though Manu Kone will not be arriving on deadline day. Roma have advanced in talks, and there is a flight booked for him to have a medical this afternoon.

13:35 CEST: Adli’s arc

Yacine Adli joined Fiorentina earlier in the week on an initial loan deal. He established himself as a fan favourite during his time at Milan, but unfortunately that was not enough given the cut-throat nature of football today, and La Gazzetta have recapped his strange time at the club.

13:10 CEST: Bennacer enquiry

According to Matteo Moretto of Relevo, Atletico Madrid have come forward and asked about the idea of signing Bennacer on loan, but there is no further information about whether it would include any kind of option or obligation to buy.

12:30 CEST: EXCLUSIVE INFO

With Manu Kone seemingly heading to Roma, Milan are moving to try and agree terms with Adrien Rabiot. Geoffrey Moncada is a big admirer, and there is a salary figure in mind.

11:45 CEST: Tammy has landed!

For those of you who don’t believe a potential signing until you see a player arrive, feast your eyes on this. Abraham is in Milano and will begin his medical soon.

11:37 CEST: What will happen to Jovic?

One of the issues that Milan must resolve on deadline day is what will happen with Luka Jovic, given that Tammy Abraham is set to arrive. When he took the No.9 shirt and scored against Monza his spot seemed safe, yet now the idea of a move away late in the window is gaining momentum.

11:18 CEST: Champions League draw

In case you missed it, we published a breakdown of the opponents that Milan will face in the 2024-25 Champions League ‘league phase’, including Liverpool and Real Madrid but also Girona and Slovan Bratislava.

11:00 CEST: Late midfield movement?

Gianluca Di Marzio is reporting that Ismael Bennacer could yet depart on loan, with some clubs in Europe interested. If that were to materialise, Milan would try to get a late deal done for Manu Kone of Borussia Mönchengladbach.

10:35 CEST: HERE WE GO!

Fabrizio Romano has tweeted the following: ‘Tammy Abraham to AC Milan, Alexis Saelemaekers to AS Roma… here we go!’ Instead of being permanent moves, though, both players will head in opposite directions on loan deals.

10:15 CEST: Swap deal on the verge

Milan and Roma were at work through the night to try and get a deal agreed for the Tammy Abraham and Alexis Saelemaekers exchange. It looked like it might fall through, but now it appears to have switched to a loan and the English striker is due for a medical.

10:00 CEST: Good morning and welcome!
