BREAKING: Donnarumma reaches agreement with Milan

By Anthony Torgrude -

The saga of the summer has been undoubtedly on Gianluigi Donnarumma, and the big question of will he renew? The answer is yes according to Sky Sports.

Donnarumma famously rejected a renewal offer of five million Euros per year with Milan and so began a media storm. His agent Mino Raiola has long been the center of the blame but fans even attacked Gigio during the under 21 Euro Championship earlier this summer.

Now an agreement has reportedly been reached between all parties. Gianluigi will receive an increased six million Euros per year on a five year contract. There is a release clause of €100 million if Milan qualifies for Champions League next season. Otherwise the release clause will be set at 50 million instead.

Additionally, Gigio’s brother Antonio will also join the club for €1 million per year. Sky can confirm Donnarumma rejected a massive offer from PSG that would have seen him make €13 million per year + an additional one million in bonuses.
